We greatly enjoyed the 2011 Earth Day festival (Who's Your Mama Festival) this past Saturday.  Thanks to Standing Rock Cultural Art Center for this amazing program.  At Off the Wagon Kyle engaged a number of kids in helping us construct our own toy robot out of recycled boxes, tin cans and other things we found laying around.  With the help of our kits called "MakeDo" Kyle spent about 2 hours putting this masterpiece together.  The Makedo kits offer various connectors and cardboard cutters that make assembling your own make do sculptures a cinch.  I love the connectors that become joints because of the movement allowed in them.  Here is our final product...
