Create your own arboretum and try to arrange your trees to get the most points! Simple rules, engaging strategy, and a gorgeous art-style will have you coming back to this award-wining game again and again!
Each turn you draw two cards, play one card, then discard one card. You can choose to draw from the play deck or any player's discard pile. This makes it soo you have to be careful what you discard, otherwise, you might be helping another player too much! Your goal is to create interlocking rows of trees. Each row must start and end with the same color tree (there are 10 colors), and be placed in ascending numerical order. You get bonus points for rows that are all one color, or starting and ending rows with specific cards. When the deck runs out the game is over. An important thing to note is that you can only score points for a color of tree if you have the highest value of that tree in your hand, so throughout the game, you need to balance playing cards with keeping cards in your hand so you can score points and win the game! This balance makes for a tricky and intriguing strategy.
