Gloom wins out in this game - Game of Thrones style. You try to have your family suffer while at the same time invoke happiness on your opponents. The more gloom the better. Use "Seduced by a sibling" or "tossed from a tower" on your own characters, while trying to cheer your opponents' characters with family reunions and other happy occasions.
This is a standalone game that is also compatible with Gloom and all of its expansions.
