In this alternate versions of Pandemic, you and other players will compete to be the most deadly disease! On your turn, you can either draw more contagion cards, advance your mutation, or spread your disease further. Every time a city is wiped out, the player with the most disease there gets points, and when there are no humans left the player with the most points wins!
