Functional and worked. My sister was very excited to receive this for christmas but the first few attempts she wasnt able to scratch off the black without scratching down to the white paper underneath the rainbow stuff. She sharpened the scratchy stick thing which seemed to fix the problem. Overall pretty decent but the scratchy paper could be higher quality.
